When you complete our online assessment we collect your full name, mobile number, email address and high-level information about the age and type of accounts you would like assessed. We do not perform a credit bureau check at this stage and we do not collect your South African ID number through the website.

How we use it

Your details are used solely to contact you regarding your free old-debt removal assessment. They are not sold, rented or shared with marketing partners.

Storage and security

Information is stored on encrypted servers and access is restricted to Clear Mi Debt staff bound by confidentiality obligations.

Your rights

You have the right to access, correct or request deletion of your information at any time. Requests can be made via the assessment form.
